| That is a good question, my educated guess is it is based upon calender year not fiscal year. You might want to check with the service you requested your tri-credit report for further details on their policies. You should be checking your credit for fraud, identity theft, etc. on a regular basis (or outsource it if you don't have the time). Despite popular opinion, pulling one's credit does not effect your FICO score. Hope this helps. Cheers, Scott Miller Commercial and Real Estate Banker/Broker "I've got money, wants some?" |

If you are married, you can do this every other month, for each spouse. |

| The free once a year credit reports from each of the three agencies, has recently become available on the east coast, as of a few months ago. I understand , you are generally allowed, one free report a year from each one. Question? Is that one year, a physical year, january to december, or one year from when you first request it? I used one in october, when first became available for free, but if I use the other two, will I automatically be entitled to gettting all three again for free in January? I dont intend to, but want to know for sure what the policy is, so I can set forth my plan for accessing them in a wise and timely manner. Much regards |
