| To qualify for Chapter 7 under new rules, one either must be under the State median income level or, if not, meet a tight income/outgo test. I am getting conflicting information on what the various median incomes are. Is there a web site that gives the numbers that the courts will use? -HW "Skip" Weldon Columbia, SC |
