Try ticker EFA. It sounds like you were getting a quote for the iShare tracking that index rather than the index itself. The iShare had a 3:1 split in June 2005. The Morgan Stanley site reports the actual index value, that's the "MS" in "MSCI": http://www.msci.com/ Not all quoting sources list this, as it's an MS-proprietary index. EFA is just another equity so is an easier quote to find via Yahoo, your broker's site, etc. -Tad |
