It will lower thier score a bit, but when someone has a high
credit score, you can likely lower them 50 to 100 points before
it makes any difference at all.

If someone has a high credit score and they add a new credit card with a
$13,000 credit limit. They never carry a balance with the new card. Will
this extra available credit negatively impact their credit score?

Thanks!
