Estate tax value of survivor annuity

FWIW, I used to feel the same way, too. But, I found that I used it so
often once I had it that it made sense. It is amazing what all it has in
it. Of course, I can remember when it was like $79...

Does anyone out their know of a (preferably free) online
calculator that will compute the estate tax value of a survivor
annuity? (Situation: Retiree has died. His spouse is entitled to
a survivor annuity payment, the present value of which must be
calculated and included in the estate of the decedent.)
