Default Trimming posts

We've had several posts lately that were returned with the request
that the poster trim the post to which they were responding. In some
cases we suspect that the poster does not know how to trim.

Here is a brief description of how to trim:

However you begin the responding process - usually hitting a "reply"
button - do so.

Then place your curser at the point in the message where you wish to
begin trimming. Depressing your curser button, drag the curser
through the material you wish to delete. The material to be deleted
is then highlighted.

Then, with the highlighted portion showing, press your "delete"
button.

That trims the post. Then respond to the trimmed post as usual.

I'm no expert at this, so if someone has a better way to say this,
please do so.
