WFG will tie up your useful money in "cash value" insurance. This
means you get to pay interest for borrowing your own money until you
die or cancel the policy. (At which point if you have only been in the
policy a half dozen years there will be no cash to take out any way)

Keep control of your OWN money and use it to make your own investments
and you will get higher return rates anyway. The return they offer
hardly match inflation anyway.

Amway and Primerica are good solid companies, too, but that doesn't
mean that I would suggest anyone get involved with them. A key
question to ask yourself is if you want to make a living preying
on your relatives? Do you want everyone to turn around and run
when they see you coming? Do you want every single one of your
customers to hate your guts after you make the sale? If so, then
you have found the right place to be.

Hi MC,

World financial Group is a good solid company from what I have researched on
them and I'm not an associate with them. I just did some research on
financial companies about 3 months ago and they turned up to be pretty
solid.

Good luck!

What exactly will you be selling to meet your production goals with WFG?
What are your production goals in the first and second years? How are you
paid / compensated? You'll be dealing with low brand-name recognition up
front. That's not necessarily a problem, it depends upon how you market.

Think Primerica, except instead of twisting and churning whole life into
overpriced and poorly designed term insurance, you'll be peddling VUL to
anyone that will fog a mirror, AND trying to recruit EVERYBODY. Same
concept, different menu of products.

If you want to be a financial advisor / insurance agent / investment
advisor, then go interview with other firms. Most are ALWAYS recruiting,
and they LOVE to get unsolicited applications for sales positions, so you
can often get an intitial interview just by asking. If you want some
suggestions for which firms to look at first, tell me what your career
objective is, and I can probably point you in the right direction.

Default World Financial Group

Hi all,

Does anyone have experience with World Financial Group? Are they good?
I was approached to be a financial associate with them. Is it a good
career choice?
Thanks.
