The implication in your message is that Bush decided to sell the bonds.
It is my impression that his investments are administered by an
independent trust. The sale of the bonds is not a decision by Bush but
by the independent investment team.

Default President's tax returns

I just perused the President and VP's tax returns online at
www.taxhistory.org

Two things I found interesting:

1. VP has/had investments at Vanguard.

2. Both Pres and VP sold bonds last year. (verrry interesting)
