Sounds like a SCAM to me.
You can get reliable info on ANY foreclosure at your local Courthouse

Default I'm interested in your suggestions...

Hello All,

My wife and I were surfing the web and came across something interesting,
and I'm curious what you folks think about this. I was looking online at
houses in foreclosure and I found a house that was pretty close to where I
live that was in foreclosure. the price was $1650. Now I realize the house
is probably a very big "fixer upper" but I'm wondering. is this legit? I
wanted to get more information on this particular house, but the site wanted
me to subscribe, so I thought I'd research in other sources first. Basically
my question is do I just need to plunk down $1650 plus closing fees or what
have you and then I'll own the home?

Thank you for your help in this situation, I really appreciate it,
Confused Man
