| Hi, I know that you can take penalty free distributions from an IRA for Un-reimbursed medical expenses or if you are disabled. If the wife is disabled can her spouse take the penalty free distributions from his account? Can the husband take distributions penalty free to pay for the wife's un-reimbursed medical expenses? Thanks for any help. Injun Joe |
