As long as you roll it to an IRA there's no tax till you draw from it.

If its qualified money and there are no restrictions in the plan itself, you
could roll the money over into another qualified account such as an IRA and
still defer taxes.

You will pay normal tax rates on that amount in excess of your contributions.
