Yes, there is, but you might not like the procedure, and your current
custodian probably won't allow it. In fact, most of them won't for IRAs.

You can always buy and sell stocks and bonds without transactions fees. You
just have your broker issue the stock certificates or bonds in paper form,
and then go find a buyer who has cash and who will accept the securities
delivered by hand. This is actually routine with some very large private
transactions, but probably not very efficient for smaller amounts.

Only if your broker doesn't charge you. Buying them is like buying any shares
of stock listed (or unlisted) on any exchange.

Default Most Cost Effective Way To Buy/Sell Stocks In IRA Account?

I am able to buy/sell any exchange listed mutual fund in my IRA
account now without tranasaction fees. Is there any way to buy/sell
exchange listed stocks without transaction fees in an IRA account?

Thank you.
