| rmcrorie[at]msn.com (Ryan), you asked: << i have bought and read multiple books covering "creative real estate purchasing", and i just discovered a new course called "How You Can Move Into a Million Dollar Mansion in 90-days" -- does anyone know anything about this course? is it another Carleton Sheets system? is it worth the investment? > The principles and what's taught are all true . . .but, it's NOT as easy as it might sound. There's a lot of work involved and with a little luck, the road to success might go quicker than normal (which is what's usually advertised to stimulate people's interest). And by the way . . .come to parts of California and you'll find that a million dollars doesn't buy much of a "mansion" if any at all. A million can buy you an upscale 4 bedroom ,3 bath, 3,000 sq ft home. . . . hardly a mansion. ;-( . . . and these million dollar California homes are open to the opportunities that Carleton Sheets promotes. So . . .is it worth the investment??? I'd say yes . . . if you're able to work hard and apply the principles that are taught. And I might add that these principles are really nothing new. Carleton (and some others) are just good at promoting them. |
