Since you are talking about a perpetuity there should be a method to appoint
new trustees.
Hopefully your attorney will have some good ideas. Please refrain from
using old thinking like restricting investment to railroad stocks.

Default Trustee

I am looking for a corporate Trustee to act as Trustee of an in
perpetuity Trust. Has anyone had any experience with Vanguard as a
Trustee. I am not so much concerned about investment issues (I know
what Vanguards investment philosophy is). What I am concerned about is
responsiveness to requests for disbursement, tax issues etc. Has
anyone had any direct experience with Vanguard Trust Services?
